Is there any minimum requirement on orders?

Yes,we have the minimum order quantity requirement,and the details as below,
at least 5pcs per style for k gold product;
at least 20pcs per style for sterling silver product;
at least 50pcs per style for copper,brass or alloy product.
And you can get samples for testing firstly.There’s no MOQ for samples order.

How do I pay you, what payment methods do you take?

We accept Paypal,T/T and Western Union as our payment methods. If you need to pay with alternative payment method please contact us.

How my order will be shipped and how long does it take?

We will send your goods within 24hours for the item have stock. For the item without stock,Normally 7 days for samples order,and 7-20days for bulk order. However, we can also change the term for you if you require the goods urgently.

We usually send these items by EMS or DHL,it will takes about 4-7days to arrive.

How if my package was blocked by the custom?

We have built very good relationship with local custom and we guarantee your order will be sent on time and go through the custom on time. If custom in the destination, we will try our best to help you get your package. If there is any problem at the custom of the destination country. We request you, as customer, is responsible to do all what he/she can to get the package or the customer should responsible for all the losses occurred.

Do you cover import duties and taxes?

No, the prices of products selling on egreenjewelry.com do not cover any import duties and taxes occurred in buyer's countries/area. To help the buyers to avoid these unnecessary fees, we will declare the value of the package under the maximum amount for tax-free, according to our experiences only less than 5% of the package will be charged tax or import duties at a very small amount such as $5usd. WE CHARGE NO SALES TAX.

If the item is defective when I receive it, can I return it?

Yes,egreenjewelry.com applies free return and exchange for any defective items returned within 15 days (from the date of invoice) this is extremely rare though. All the returned items should be current (within 15 days of invoice) with original packaging and tags. Returns on non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order, Sale, or Clearance items cannot be returned. No refund or resending will be given for the loss or missing items are caused by wrong shipping information or un-detailed address provided.

How if I forget my password?

If this happens, please email with us and we will give you a new password of your account after verification. Thus, you don't have to register for a new one.
